Come behind the scenes of this perfect Yorkshire Papakata teepee wedding from last summer! Jane and Matthew were keen to share their vegan lifestyle and beliefs with their friends and family and what a day it was indeed! We chose a configuration of three Papakata teepees to have enough space for all of our guests to mingle and enjoy the day. The teepee was modestly decorated with wild flowers grown just outside of York city centre with table names from the animals the couple has adopted at an animal sanctuary. Jane and Matthew got married under the canvas of the teepee surrounded by their guests seated on haybales from a local farmer, followed by a drinks reception with delicious vegan canapes and dinner.

Jane and Matthew’s day was filled with laughter in the form of a stand up comedian and some crazy dancing in the evening. It certainly was a day to remember and the rain even subsided for the evening entertainment!
